Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zoilo Basel kicked off to start the match. When Culasti SC's Ruben Puget in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 24th minute, Zoilo Basel fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Justavino Terrazas, passed just outside the right post. Burbano Inda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Puget in the 32nd minute of play forced Chachaban SC's goalkeeper Garrido Lesaca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Burbano Inda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Culasti SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Ruben Puget came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Culasti SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruben Puget couldn't finish the play. Burbano Inda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garrido Lesaca having to interfere. Culasti SC's Burbano Inda got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Neicer Gaiztarro got free with Justavino Terrazas in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Chachaban SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Culasti SC were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruben Puget to make the kick off. Xian Espindola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justavino Terrazas having to interfere. Justavino Terrazas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoilo Basel in the 54th minute of the match. If Ruben Puget had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garrido Lesaca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Puget in the 64th minute of play. When Xian Espindola fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chachaban SC's protests and gave Xian Espindola a yellow card for diving instead. Xian Espindola hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Chachaban SC's Garrido Lesaca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Puget in the 68th minute of play. After 72 played minutes Culasti SC got a freekick which was hit by Burbano Inda. In the 74th minute, Burbano Inda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Checa Folch kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Burbano Inda in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Garrido Lesaca, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 81 minutes into the match, Chachaban SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Puget came free, but Garrido Lesaca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zoilo Basel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xian Espindola was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 93 played minutes Chachaban SC got a freekick which was hit by Xian Espindola. After recieving a nice pass, Culasti SC's Ayoví Doria tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Chachaban SC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Culasti SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Culasti SC.
