Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the match, Jesus Alceda notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Escalera FC's Vellito Graci. Vellito Graci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Gonzalo Balsera fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chanchalo FC's protests and gave Gonzalo Balsera a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th match minute, Chanchalo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Balsera to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Escalera FC were awarded a corner. Venceslas Cuebas went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Patricio Benavente managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Jesus Alceda who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Vellito Graci when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mateus Rubian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urtsin Cembraña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Betzanos hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Urtsin Cembraña might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateus Rubian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urtsin Cembraña ran back to his position shaking his head. Roberto Renta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mateus Rubian having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Roberto Renta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateus Rubian was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Jesus Alceda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mateus Rubian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urtsin Cembraña in the 36th minute of play. Vellito Graci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Murrillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Alceda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Vellito Graci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vellito Graci came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chanchalo FC's Gonzalo Balsera. But to his dismay, Gonzalo Balsera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Roberto Renta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Daniel Ungia's late challenge caught a Chanchalo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Ungia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th match minute, Escalera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Ungia to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute of the match Marcelo Holguin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vellito Graci skillfully saved the ball. When Luciano Saes fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Escalera FC's protests and gave Luciano Saes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Luciano Saes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 61 minutes, Jesus Alceda made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Escalera FC's Vellito Graci tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the match, Escalera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Murrillo came free, but Vellito Graci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 played minutes Escalera FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Estibalez. Jesus Alceda hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Roberto Renta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mateus Rubian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urtsin Cembraña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Roberto Renta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Renta got free with Mateus Rubian in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vellito Graci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Alceda, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Mateus Rubian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urtsin Cembraña in the 94th minute of the match. Urtsin Cembraña's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateus Rubian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Chanchalo FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Escalera FC for a fine match.
