Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xulio San started the match with the kick off. Jesus Alceda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Martin Murrillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Murrillo struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Figueroa Respaldizar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chanchalo FC. After 17 played minutes, Chanchalo FC's Zigor Aballe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Figueroa Respaldizar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chanchalo FC reached it. Xulio San sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viviano Muxi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tushpud FC's zone, Martin Murrillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Figueroa Respaldizar came out of the goal and Martin Murrillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Murrillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Figueroa Respaldizar having to interfere. If Lucio Argandoña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Lucio Argandoña notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Chanchalo FC's Mateus Rubian. Mateus Rubian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th minute, Efrain Castillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Martin Murrillo made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Chanchalo FC's Vicente Betzanos got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Martin Murrillo came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Chanchalo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Murrillo couldn't finish the play. After 61 minutes, Viviano Muxi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tushpud FC and the Chanchalo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tushpud FC's Viviano Muxi got a free kick in the 61st minute. A collision led to Tushpud FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Marcelo Luzuriaga hit a great ball. When Chanchalo FC's Jesus Alceda in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tushpud FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Martin Murrillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tushpud FC's Lucio Argandoña got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xulio San in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateus Rubian saved Chanchalo FC from getting behind. Xulio San fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Rubian having to interfere. Xulio San recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Tushpud FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tushpud FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
