Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Santiago Amada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Washington Urueña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petropolis SC's Agustín Montecino got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in UD Arapiccos's zone, Agustín Montecino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ponce Goyo came out of the goal and Agustín Montecino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Petropolis SC's Miguel Espelz got a free kick in the 21st minute. After recieving a nice pass, UD Arapiccos's Teofilo Perdomo tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lavalle Copeiro's late challenge caught a UD Arapiccos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lavalle Copeiro helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Petropolis SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UD Arapiccos:s goal. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for UD Arapiccos. Teofilo Perdomo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Washington Urueña. 1-1. With a little luck, UD Arapiccos's Ponce Goyo got control of the ball when Francisco Mestanza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ponce Goyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Montecino, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Moreno Heyros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Robin Antoñano fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Arapiccos's protests and gave Robin Antoñano a yellow card for diving instead. 46 minutes into the match, UD Arapiccos's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Montecino came free, but Ponce Goyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Agustín Montecino made the kick off in the second half. Santiago Amada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Washington Urueña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Santander struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Washington Urueña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Arapiccos. Santiago Amada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Washington Urueña having to interfere. After 68 played minutes Petropolis SC got a freekick which was hit by Moreno Heyros. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jose Santander in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Washington Urueña saved Petropolis SC from getting behind. Jose Santander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rubio Ardanza charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rubio Ardanza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 80 minutes into the match, Francisco Mestanza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ponce Goyo. UD Arapiccos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Mestanza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 85 minutes into the match, UD Arapiccos's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Montecino came free, but Ponce Goyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Jose Santander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Urueña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Francisco Mestanza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 91stth minute of the game Agustín Montecino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Arapiccos's Ponce Goyo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of UD Arapiccos booed when Petropolis SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lavalle Copeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 98th minute of the match Teofilo Perdomo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Washington Urueña showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Petropolis SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
