Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Flavio Sanchez got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Xurxo Reboyras ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aguinaga Montejo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The corner ended in Xaven Correa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but UD Limoncocha's Ismael Dorado did a great save. Huayquichuma SC's Aguinaga Montejo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Sanchez in the 19th minute of play. Henry Villarmerin's late challenge caught a Huayquichuma SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henry Villarmerin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute, Henry Villarmerin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Orfilio Noreña had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ismael Dorado. UD Limoncocha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orfilio Noreña was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Sanchez in the 31st minute of play forced Huayquichuma SC's goalkeeper Aguinaga Montejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes Huayquichuma SC got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Ruperto. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Sanchez in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aguinaga Montejo saved Huayquichuma SC from getting behind. Xurxo Reboyras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute Flavio Sanchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aguinaga Montejo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Orfilio Noreña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xurxo Reboyras scored 1-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aguinaga Montejo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Enrique Ruperto kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The long shot by Zernin Aribau in the 60th minute really tested Aguinaga Montejo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Orfilio Noreña might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Dorado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Orfilio Noreña ran back to his position shaking his head. Xaver Echague struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Ismael Dorado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huayquichuma SC. Garcia Pacios's late challenge caught a Huayquichuma SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Garcia Pacios helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 played minutes UD Limoncocha got a freekick which was hit by Garcia Pacios. If Orfilio Noreña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79th match minute, Huayquichuma SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Costales to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, UD Limoncocha's goal looked a bit too open when Paredes Sarceada came free, but Ismael Dorado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henry Villarmerin was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Huayquichuma SC booed when UD Limoncocha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Villarmerin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ismael Dorado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orfilio Noreña in the 91st minute of the match. When Edgardo Lastra fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Limoncocha's protests and gave Edgardo Lastra a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, UD Limoncocha's Edgardo Lastra got a free kick in the 94th minute. Desiderio Costales took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ismael Dorado. UD Limoncocha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The UD Limoncocha supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing UD Limoncocha would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
