After 21 minutes, Hernandez Tarapiella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puruving SC and the Mihuanoyacu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hernandez Tarapiella kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Mihuanoyacu's Checa Sorriva got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 25 minutes, Ugutz Iturrate made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Puruving SC's Viviano Ubidea tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vimaro Barria charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vimaro Barria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ugutz Iturrate stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Victoro Parcerices didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Zambrano Bodega recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zoil Benagassi. A very good chance. Checa Sorriva might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Viviano Ubidea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Checa Sorriva ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ugutz Iturrate in the 85th minute of play forced Puruving SC's goalkeeper Viviano Ubidea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ugutz Iturrate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viviano Ubidea having to interfere. Checa Sorriva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mihuanoyacu booed when Puruving SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernandez Tarapiella didn't get a good kick on the ball.
