After a defensive mix-up in Calentura's zone, Xuoco Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moreno Borines came out of the goal and Xuoco Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. Xavion Garaizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moreno Borines having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valencia Alarid during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, UD Canitas's Valencia Alarid got a free kick in the 17th minute. Mina Victorero's late challenge caught a UD Canitas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mina Victorero helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Calentura's Mina Victorero got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
