Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Xavian Pertierra took the kick off in the first half of the match. Salazar SC's Mateus Ibañez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuñiga Engraba in the 4th minute of play. If Xavian Pertierra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Canchimalero SC booed when Salazar SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Fandiño didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Canchimalero SC's Zuñiga Engraba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateus Ibañez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabio Sagrario hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Canchimalero SC's Marquez Ramin got control of the ball when Emilio Mazuelas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Canchimalero SC's Marquez Ramin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Canchimalero SC from getting a goal against them. Canchimalero SC's Pico Romuroso got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luciano Fandiño hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Xavian Pertierra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the game, Tenorio Ballugera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Canchimalero SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salazar SC the free kick. Tenorio Ballugera kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Zuñiga Engraba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Ibañez having to interfere. After 36 minutes, Marco Mata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salazar SC and the Canchimalero SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Canchimalero SC booed when Salazar SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Mata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Marquez Ramin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Canchimalero SC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Zuñiga Engraba came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Canchimalero SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zuñiga Engraba couldn't finish the play. Canchimalero SC's Marquez Ramin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavian Pertierra in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Salazar SC's Luciano Fandiño got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 61st minute, Humberto Urrechua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 67th minute of the match Tenorio Ballugera completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tenorio Ballugera a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Tenorio Ballugera kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xavian Pertierra in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marquez Ramin saved Canchimalero SC from getting behind. Xavian Pertierra might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marquez Ramin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xavian Pertierra ran back to his position shaking his head. 72 minutes into the game, Emilio Mazuelas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Marquez Ramin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the match, Canchimalero SC's goal looked a bit too open when Xavian Pertierra came free, but Marquez Ramin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salazar SC's Xavian Pertierra got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marquez Ramin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Mazuelas in the 82nd minute of play. Zuñiga Engraba might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateus Ibañez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zuñiga Engraba ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute Xavian Pertierra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marquez Ramin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
