Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gutierrez Herbias got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Gutierrez Herbias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 5th minute, Ysmael Tortoles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When UD Rompido's Ysmael Tortoles in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ximen Morlote hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, UD Rompido's Facundo Codina got a free kick in the 20th minute. If Gutierrez Herbias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estrada Herro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvio Robires having to make a save. Aires Rancel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Desiderio Presedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. UD Rompido's Silvio Robires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gutierrez Herbias in the 35th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Aires Rancel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 40 played minutes Chaquino SC got a freekick which was hit by Garcés Bergaño. Desiderio Presedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aires Rancel, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ysmael Tortoles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, UD Rompido was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Coronel Outon to maneuver through the defense. Silvio Robires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morales Arana in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Estrada Herro in the 58th minute of play forced UD Rompido's goalkeeper Silvio Robires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elkin Labiaga was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 63 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, one of Chaquino SC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 65th minute there was a penalty for UD Rompido. Coronel Outon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Desiderio Presedo. 0-1. UD Rompido's Aires Rancel got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Garcés Bergaño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chaquino SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Garcés Bergaño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvio Robires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 82 minutes into the game, Chaquino SC's Ximen Morlote nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silvio Robires made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Garcés Bergaño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Silvio Robires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes, Chaquino SC's Hugo Acebal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Silvio Robires came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chaquino SC reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xilo Briceño during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 98 played minutes UD Rompido got a freekick which was hit by Xilo Briceño. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. UD Rompido walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
