In the 3rd minute Felix Irabien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paredes Chamochin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paredes Chamochin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaias Luyando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Felix Irabien's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paredes Chamochin was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the match, Tulipe's goal looked a bit too open when Chucho Balanzuela came free, but Paredes Chamochin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Alfonso Lereira sped through Cachimalero's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Augusto Salce. Augusto Salce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Lereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Tulipe's Ariel Eraso got a free kick in the 16th minute. After some careless play in the Tulipe defense, Isaias Luyando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paredes Chamochin. The Tulipe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paredes Chamochin should have stopped the shot. 23 minutes into the game, Eduardo Argumosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cachimalero's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tulipe the free kick. Felix Irabien blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paredes Chamochin having to make a save. Cachimalero's Isaias Luyando got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Arranz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 37 minutes into the match, Cachimalero's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Lereira came free, but Augusto Salce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tulipe's Pedro Arranz got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raúl Traslago hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Isaias Luyando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paredes Chamochin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Sergio Llanderrozos's late challenge caught a Cachimalero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergio Llanderrozos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Tulipe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Llanderrozos to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Chucho Balanzuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Tulipe's Gustavo Salas tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, Felix Irabien recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paredes Chamochin. Felix Irabien showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 67th minute, Pedro Arranz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isaias Luyando came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Paredes Chamochin could save by the left post. If Sergio Llanderrozos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Pedro Arranz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cachimalero's Augusto Salce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Lereira in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th match minute, Tulipe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Lereira to maneuver through the defense. Isaias Luyando might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paredes Chamochin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isaias Luyando ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfonso Lereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Salce having to interfere. The Cachimalero players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
