A collision led to Sigualo SC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Vergaray Salantes hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Cortez Carmenata kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Uriel Engraba. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xulian Roncal in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cumbicus Carredano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teo Balbin kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Patalo FC's zone, Xulian Roncal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cumbicus Carredano came out of the goal and Xulian Roncal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Xulian Roncal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cumbicus Carredano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Velasco Saladrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With a little luck, Sigualo SC's Uriel Engraba got control of the ball when Ysidro Arechavala tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cumbicus Carredano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xulian Roncal in the 36th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Velasco Saladrigues cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cumbicus Carredano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Patalo FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Urtats Zamarro hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Velasco Saladrigues made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Vergaray Salantes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sigualo SC and the Patalo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vergaray Salantes hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Cortez Carmenata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Engraba having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Sigualo SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ysidro Arechavala came free, but Uriel Engraba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pedro Uncal fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Patalo FC's protests and gave Pedro Uncal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Patalo FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Pedro Uncal hit a great ball. Uriel Engraba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ysidro Arechavala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patalo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gerardo Paniagua in the 70th minute. Gerardo Paniagua made a great header on Patalo FC's corner, it was just that Sigualo SC's Uriel Engraba managed to reach the ball for a save. Cortez Carmenata struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Uriel Engraba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patalo FC. In the 76th minute of the match Sanchez Terrazas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cumbicus Carredano skillfully saved the ball. In the 77th match minute, Patalo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by De-la-Cruz Barbon to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Ysidro Arechavala sped through Sigualo SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Uriel Engraba. 85 minutes into the match, Xulian Roncal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cumbicus Carredano. Patalo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xulian Roncal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ysidro Arechavala in the 96th minute of play forced Sigualo SC's goalkeeper Uriel Engraba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Patalo FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sigualo SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Sigualo SC.
