Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Humberto Gimenez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. George Barrufet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Osorio Casillas scored 1-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duarte Baracaldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zorion Irazu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. George Barrufet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Hornedo kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. George Barrufet was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alberto Olmedo. If Zorion Irazu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Barrufet didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Osorio Casillas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Duarte Baracaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Chilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Garrido Blazquez came free, but Duarte Baracaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cuyuja SC's George Barrufet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zorion Irazu in the 42nd minute of play. George Barrufet made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Humberto Gimenez sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zorion Irazu was the one to do the kick off. If Osorio Casillas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Chilla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Osorio Casillas came free, but Duarte Baracaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garrido Blazquez made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 62ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Duarte Baracaldo would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. George Barrufet came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Chilla FC's Humberto Gimenez. But to his dismay, Humberto Gimenez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Humberto Gimenez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chilla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Gimenez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Barrufet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Gimenez in the 72nd minute of play forced Cuyuja SC's goalkeeper George Barrufet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Mendez Ovejas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chilla FC's Humberto Gimenez got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cuyuja SC's Garrido Blazquez came free and shot a quick shot against goal 78 minutes in the game, fortunately Duarte Baracaldo had problems saving as it came toward the left post. George Barrufet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zorion Irazu in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Humberto Gimenez made a precise shot to the right of George Barrufet. Cuyuja SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. When Garrido Blazquez came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Cuyuja SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garrido Blazquez couldn't finish the play. Luciano Santurde struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. George Barrufet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chilla FC. Chilla FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
