Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Franklin Muños started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Franklin Muños made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Franques. Musarel FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 8thth minute of the game Xacobo Larrinaga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmar's Paco Vallujera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Palmar's goalkeeper Paco Vallujera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Calderón Torices. Paco Vallujera made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Calderón Torices sent off a good shot on target. Musarel FC's Zeru Coteron pulled a muscle in his leg after 18 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 18 minutes, López Gao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palmar and the Musarel FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Palmar's López Gao got a free kick in the 19th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Palmar's zone, Calderón Torices stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paco Vallujera came out of the goal and Calderón Torices tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Franklin Muños fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Franques having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Xacobo Larrinaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelo Franques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin Muños, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Palmar getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Pancho Casanoves hit a great ball. Paco Vallujera made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Calderón Torices sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Calderón Torices was the one to do the kick off. Marcelo Franques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Muños in the 52nd minute of play. After 58 minutes, Blanco Salcedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Musarel FC and the Palmar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Blanco Salcedo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, David Moyua sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Musarel FC's Marcelo Franques didn't even have to move. Xacobo Larrinaga kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. López Gao received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcelo Franques came out and tried to block the shot, but López Gao slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 72nd minute. After 80 played minutes Palmar got a freekick which was hit by Pancho Casanoves. When Calderón Torices came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Musarel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calderón Torices couldn't finish the play. After having played for 83 minutes, Blanco Salcedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Musarel FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blanco Salcedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Fandiño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Franques having to interfere. Calderón Torices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Fandiño's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Marcelo Franques skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklin Muños in the 93rd minute of play forced Musarel FC's goalkeeper Marcelo Franques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calderón Torices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paco Vallujera having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Palmar eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
