In the 2nd match minute, Seman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aragón Valencia to maneuver through the defense. When Ulizes Cetina came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Chillanes SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulizes Cetina couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Sanabria charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Sanabria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chillanes SC's Reynaldo Sanabria got a free kick in the 13th minute. Ulizes Cetina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Nestor Sebastian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Paco Berti fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chillanes SC's protests and gave Paco Berti a yellow card for diving instead. Alonso Mostaza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Castillo Mobellan. Chillanes SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Castillo Mobellan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Avellana in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Xavier Mojon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Castillo Mobellan was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Seman's zone, Ulizes Cetina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Sebastian came out of the goal and Ulizes Cetina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubarna Carrio got free with Nestor Sebastian in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paolo Avellana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 46th play minutes Paolo Avellana shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Castillo Mobellan and just under the crossbar into goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulizes Cetina made a kick off. Castillo Mobellan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Avellana in the 62nd minute of play. Paolo Avellana struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Castillo Mobellan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seman. Xaver Aujea hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Castillo Mobellan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xavier Mojon in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulizes Cetina in the 80th minute of play forced Seman's goalkeeper Nestor Sebastian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulizes Cetina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
