Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Méndez Ontanilla started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Diego Modino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD Huacas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Huarcay the free kick. Diego Modino kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. When Paúl Gaviña fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Huarcay's protests and gave Paúl Gaviña a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, UD Huarcay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paúl Gaviña to maneuver through the defense. UD Huacas's Teodoro Cabañeros shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 9th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dannes Juez but with some difficulty. If Orlando Valbaler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vera Igareda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Valbaler's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in UD Huarcay's zone, Uriel Viguera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dannes Juez came out of the goal and Uriel Viguera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, UD Huarcay's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Uriel Viguera fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to UD Huarcay getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Danilo Paliza hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes UD Huarcay got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Rendueles. After recieving a nice pass, UD Huacas's Teodoro Cabañeros tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dannes Juez made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Manuel Feliciano sent off a good shot on target. Uriel Viguera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Dannes Juez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Uriel Viguera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rodolfo Monteverde fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Huacas's protests and gave Rodolfo Monteverde a yellow card for diving instead. Rodolfo Monteverde kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Uriel Viguera made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Uriel Viguera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dannes Juez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Vera Igareda throw himself and got hold of the ball when Méndez Ontanilla in the 57thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. UD Huarcay's Dannes Juez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Viguera in the 72nd minute of play. Vera Igareda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Méndez Ontanilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 minutes of play, UD Huarcay's Méndez Ontanilla made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vera Igareda was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Orlando Valbaler managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Huarcay's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Valbaler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vera Igareda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute Méndez Ontanilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vera Igareda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 87 minutes, Méndez Ontanilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Huarcay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Méndez Ontanilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Méndez Ontanilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vera Igareda having to interfere. Valentine Toralino hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Manuel Feliciano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Dannes Juez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Zayvius Osaviaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UD Huarcay's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
