Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Xabat Jorrin made the kick off which started today's match. Edwin Nieves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xabat Jorrin in the 4th minute of the match. After 12 played minutes, Metija's Xilo Ezcurra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edwin Nieves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Metija reached it. In the 13th match minute, CD Chaucha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martinez Sancho to maneuver through the defense. Denis Barroiz struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Edwin Nieves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Metija. Edwin Nieves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xabat Jorrin in the 16th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in CD Chaucha's zone, Tonio Tros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwin Nieves came out of the goal and Tonio Tros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xorxe Plata in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Montaño prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Garcés Villametide came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the CD Chaucha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garcés Villametide couldn't finish the play. Edwin Nieves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Barroiz in the 35th minute of the match. Xabat Jorrin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 42 minutes, Xorxe Plata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Chaucha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xorxe Plata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Xorxe Plata came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the CD Chaucha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xorxe Plata couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Edwin Nieves made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Denis Barroiz sent off a good shot on target. If Xabat Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xabat Jorrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Nieves having to interfere. CD Chaucha's Edwin Nieves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonio Tros in the 68th minute of play. Xilo Ezcurra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edwin Nieves. CD Chaucha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Noriega Ibarrola during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Metija getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Noriega Ibarrola hit a great ball. Garcés Villametide might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Montaño. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Garcés Villametide ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute, Noriega Ibarrola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CD Chaucha's Xorxe Plata got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Garcés Villametide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Marco Montaño was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
