Xacintu Manzarias came out of the goal and Urritz Valiño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xacintu Manzarias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Malpica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Urritz Valiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. UD Zanzari's Palacios Gavilanes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 18th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Chonta's Urritz Valiño sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xacintu Manzarias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Palacios Gavilanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garcés Silva having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Jose Ituarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes, Chonta's Ubarna Calvete shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xacintu Manzarias came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chonta reached it. In the 31st minute Chonta were awarded a corner. Ubarna Calvete went to the cornerflag to take it. Garcés Silva didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when UD Zanzari's Eduardo Pelaci shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Batista Igay hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Xantalen Unzueta kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 43rd play minute Eduardo Pelaci came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Garcés Silva. 3-1. In the 48th minute Javier Malpica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xacintu Manzarias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urritz Valiño to strike the kick off in the second half. Palacios Gavilanes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Garcés Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of UD Zanzari booed when Chonta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Torrez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Eduardo Pelaci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Urritz Valiño got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. UD Zanzari's Xacintu Manzarias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save UD Zanzari from getting a goal against them. Javier Malpica's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Xacintu Manzarias firmly grabbed it by the left post. A hard shot 96 in the game by Javier Malpica from a close distance when the talented Xacintu Manzarias managed to make a qualified save. UD Zanzari's players were relieved. UD Zanzari's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
