Mario Fuenmayor hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Pichil SC's Espiga Vicioso got a free kick in the 4th minute. Cotera Vasaburu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Escobar Vidrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Echaniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mario Fuenmayor kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Rodolfo Echaniz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pichil SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodolfo Echaniz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Escobar Vidrio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mario Fuenmayor kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Rodolfo Echaniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Escobar Vidrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Pichil SC booed when Barbascal SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valerio Moranto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th match minute, Pichil SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Espiga Vicioso to maneuver through the defense. Roman Bolante was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xizavier Espina showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 30 minute of play. Xizavier Espina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Bolante having to interfere. Escobar Vidrio came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Pichil SC's Cotera Vasaburu. But to his dismay, Cotera Vasaburu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Barbascal SC's Escobar Vidrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cotera Vasaburu in the 41st minute of play. Mario Fuenmayor charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mario Fuenmayor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes Barbascal SC got a freekick which was hit by Mario Fuenmayor.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xizavier Espina made a kick off. When Cotera Vasaburu came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Pichil SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cotera Vasaburu couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Barbascal SC booed when Pichil SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Echaniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodriguez Berganza during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Barbascal SC's Rodriguez Berganza got a free kick in the 68th minute. Escobar Vidrio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Carlos-Alberto Saco. Xizavier Espina succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. Cotera Vasaburu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pichil SC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
