The referee ignored Agustin FC's protests and gave Raul Gutarrate a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd match minute, Agustin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Gutarrate to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Lana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zayvius Sobrevilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute, Blandón Castella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ponce Cendan missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 13 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Cristian Lana right hand side. Cristian Lana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Mijares in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darío Chapa got free with Bruno Ocasio in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gerardo Pertierra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Cristian Lana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Darío Chapa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Ucero charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osvaldo Ucero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bocana's Osvaldo Ucero got a free kick in the 29th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Alvaro Mijares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bocana's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Mijares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Lana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Bocana booed when Agustin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lastra Carda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zayvius Sobrevilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 41 minutes, Zayvius Sobrevilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bocana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zayvius Sobrevilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Bocana's Zayvius Sobrevilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Lana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The Agustin FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bocana were winning 0-1.

Alvaro Mijares came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cristian Lana could save by the left post. Ramos Viramontez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Ocasio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. If Alvaro Mijares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Lana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bocana. After a defensive mix-up in Bocana's zone, Darío Chapa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Ocasio came out of the goal and Darío Chapa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Gerardo Pertierra took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Cristian Lana to make any attempt to save it. When Osvaldo Ucero was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. In the 82nd match minute, Bocana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Ucero to maneuver through the defense. Bocana's Bruno Ocasio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramos Viramontez in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramos Viramontez in the 84th minute of play forced Bocana's goalkeeper Bruno Ocasio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Bocana's goal looked a bit too open when Ramos Viramontez came free, but Bruno Ocasio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Mijares hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bocana's zone, Darío Chapa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Ocasio came out of the goal and Darío Chapa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramos Viramontez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 97 minutes, Zayvius Sobrevilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bocana and the Agustin FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zayvius Sobrevilla kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Espinoza Sendeño, 98 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bocana played a much better game than Agustin FC and deserved their victory. The Agustin FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
