Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wilfredo Buergo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Xuaco Armental showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zuriko Secanell, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Alberto Costas's late challenge caught a Cauchiche's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberto Costas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cauchiche booed when CD Querubin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Costas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 8 minutes, Roberto Velosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cauchiche and the CD Querubin players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Cauchiche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Velosa to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Mario Llorente managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when CD Querubin's Alberto Costas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 12th minute, Cauchiche's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alberto Costas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A hard shot by Ubendu Abrego from long distance, 15 minutes into the match, got Mario Llorente's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Costas got free with Mario Llorente in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 19 minutes, Raul Aranzabal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cauchiche and the CD Querubin players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Raul Aranzabal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CD Querubin! In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Cauchiche. Marlon Herrador stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Xuaco Armental. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Buergo in the 30th minute of play forced Cauchiche's goalkeeper Mario Llorente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alberto Costas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Faustino Bajuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CD Querubin's Alberto Costas got his second yellow card of the match in the 35th minute. The referee ordered Alberto Costas off the ground. The supporters of Cauchiche booed when CD Querubin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Costas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Roberto Velosa made a precise shot to the right of Xuaco Armental. CD Querubin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. During the 41st minute of the match Raul Aranzabal completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Raul Aranzabal a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 42nd match minute, Cauchiche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Aranzabal to maneuver through the defense. Cauchiche's Mario Llorente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Buergo in the 44th minute of play. After 46 minutes, Zaquiel Abrego mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Querubin and the Cauchiche players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, CD Querubin's Zaquiel Abrego got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half Cauchiche were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Cauchiche's Marlon Herrador shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 54th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Xuaco Armental but with some difficulty. Wilfredo Buergo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Mario Llorente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Zernin Buscando fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cauchiche's protests and gave Zernin Buscando a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Cauchiche getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Zernin Buscando hit a great ball. If Jairo Tellado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Velosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Xuaco Armental tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cauchiche's zone, Wilfredo Buergo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Llorente came out of the goal and Wilfredo Buergo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Llorente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Buergo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, CD Querubin's Xuaco Armental got control of the ball when Roberto Velosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Zuriko Secanell came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Cauchiche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zuriko Secanell couldn't finish the play. Jairo Tellado's late challenge caught a Cauchiche's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jairo Tellado helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, Jairo Tellado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zuriko Secanell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilfredo Buergo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Mario Llorente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The CD Querubin supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cauchiche's performance. The match ended with a win for Cauchiche.
