Duarte Granja hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 4 minutes into the match, Shia SC's Cumbicus Terrilla broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Xzaiver Gonzalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 10 played minutes Shia SC got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Villaspasa. Emiliano Romerano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Javier Achueta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Pijuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Romerano in the 24th minute of the match. Marco Pijuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Romerano, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 30 played minutes Casharum got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Granja. Gian-Carlo Vidal hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute Javier Achueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Gestoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xzaiver Gonzalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Romerano in the 38th minute of play forced Shia SC's goalkeeper Marco Pijuan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Hector Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Casharum fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Lucas Gestoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xzaiver Gonzalo in the 45th minute. Casharum's Gian-Carlo Vidal got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Gian-Carlo Vidal off the ground. In the 47th match minute, Casharum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gian-Carlo Vidal to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Casharum were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emiliano Romerano was the one to do the kick off. If Xzaiver Gonzalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Achueta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Gestoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xzaiver Gonzalo in the 56th minute of play. Duarte Granja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Gestoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xzaiver Gonzalo in the 61st minute of play. Matamba Cerezal hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Javier Achueta struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Lucas Gestoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shia SC. A collision led to Casharum getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Matamba Cerezal hit a great ball. Lucas Gestoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xzaiver Gonzalo in the 78th minute of play. Casharum's Lucas Gestoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xzaiver Gonzalo in the 83rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Shia SC's zone, Emiliano Romerano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marco Pijuan came out of the goal and Emiliano Romerano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Javier Achueta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Casharum's zone, Javier Achueta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Gestoso came out of the goal and Javier Achueta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xzaiver Gonzalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Gestoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Casharum had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
