Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Xurdin Bazquez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 7th minute, Marquez Erce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xurdin Bazquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Guate in the 15th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, CD Cachitama's Xurdin Bazquez threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Teodoro Guate, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Perlaza Caras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Shudum's goalkeeper Xurdin Bazquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Shudum's German Tarriba got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Teodoro Guate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. Teodoro Guate showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teodoro Guate stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ataulfo Zambranos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perlaza Caras, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Teodoro Irazu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 67th match minute, CD Cachitama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Irazu to maneuver through the defense. Rocio Ponte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ataulfo Zambranos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Xurde Taboada came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Shudum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xurde Taboada couldn't finish the play. After 75 played minutes Shudum got a freekick which was hit by Xurde Taboada. In the 81st match minute, Shudum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xurde Taboada to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Shudum's Rocio Ponte dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
