Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eugenio Launda started the match with the kick off. Klimowicz Viera's late challenge caught a Mollepungo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klimowicz Viera helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th minute, Klimowicz Viera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paiva Quelia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jorge Imendia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Mollepungo's Eugenio Launda slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jorge Imendia. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. When Perrusabel's Klimowicz Viera in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mollepungo's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Perrusabel booed when Mollepungo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blanco Lemus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boris Repuente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klimowicz Viera, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After 20 played minutes Perrusabel got a freekick which was hit by Guagua Sesmilo. A hard shot by Zeledon Fanego from long distance, 21 minutes into the match, got Jorge Imendia's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 23 minutes into the match, Paiva Quelia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Imendia. Perrusabel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paiva Quelia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Paiva Quelia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Eugenio Launda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Adolfo Brañas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perrusabel's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Brañas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boris Repuente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eugenio Launda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klimowicz Viera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adolfo Brañas to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mollepungo's Xan Aranguiz got a free kick in the 54th minute. Klimowicz Viera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Mollepungo's zone, Klimowicz Viera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boris Repuente came out of the goal and Klimowicz Viera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paiva Quelia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Imendia having to make a save. Klimowicz Viera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Launda in the 82nd minute of play forced Perrusabel's goalkeeper Jorge Imendia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paiva Quelia during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Perrusabel booed when Mollepungo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paiva Quelia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blanco Lemus charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Perrusabel's goalkeeper Jorge Imendia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 91 minutes, Zayvion Frade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perrusabel and the Mollepungo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 played minutes Perrusabel got a freekick which was hit by Zayvion Frade. In the 94th minute Eugenio Launda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Imendia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
