With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico Cañal in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Perlaza Brañas saved Ajilanga SC from getting behind. Perlaza Brañas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Morales Burcena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Morales Burcena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Perlaza Brañas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Chico Cañal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 minutes of play, Cuyabeno SC's Morales Burcena made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Perlaza Brañas was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agustin Remiro during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th play minute Zelipe Bribiesca came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Robin Marva. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 54 played minutes Ajilanga SC got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Nobajas. Cuyabeno SC's Robin Marva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zelipe Bribiesca in the 57th minute of play. Perlaza Brañas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chico Cañal's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Cuyabeno SC's goal looked a bit too open when Zelipe Bribiesca came free, but Robin Marva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xacobo Zarraga hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Viviano Bodelon charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Viviano Bodelon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th minute, Miguel Araico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ajilanga SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Perlaza Brañas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Morales Burcena in the 75th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chico Cañal got free with Perlaza Brañas in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Agustin Remiro succeeded in the game's 81st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Araico in the 84th minute of play forced Cuyabeno SC's goalkeeper Robin Marva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morales Burcena struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Perlaza Brañas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuyabeno SC. After a defensive mix-up in Ajilanga SC's zone, Agustin Remiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perlaza Brañas came out of the goal and Agustin Remiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zelipe Bribiesca took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robin Marva. Robin Marva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Ajilanga SC were victorious despite being under pressure from Cuyabeno SC for much of the match.
