The supporters of UD Caspiguasi booed when UD Dubliay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléber Lavalle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xose Outon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Natos, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uhin Puerta in the 10th minute of play forced UD Dubliay's goalkeeper Xose Outon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Gregorio Pumarejo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uhin Puerta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xose Outon having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Vincent Natos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xose Outon was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. The UD Dubliay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UD Caspiguasi were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gregorio Pumarejo to strike the kick off in the second half. Xose Outon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uhin Puerta in the 53rd minute of the match. Xose Outon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uhin Puerta in the 57th minute. Campos Giraldo's late challenge caught a UD Caspiguasi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 69thth minute of the game Vincent Natos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Dubliay's Xose Outon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uhin Puerta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Xose Outon made a huge save. UD Dubliay's Xose Outon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Natos in the 80th minute of play. Fausto Maceira hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Uhin Puerta came free with the goalkeeper in the 83rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Xose Outon could save by the left post. Celso Cavada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Walter Garandia took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Xose Outon to make any attempt to save it. The UD Caspiguasi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
