The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by René Arri during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Digna getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Fernandez Machados short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Ysidro Prellezo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ricardo Solares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Marina, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Amador Haya hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute Oscar Marina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Solares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Solares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilson Oñiderra in the 14th minute of play. Ricardo Solares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilson Oñiderra, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. With a little luck, Miliapolis Futbol Club's Ysidro Prellezo got control of the ball when Fernandez Machado tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ambrossi Malta made a kick off. Chatruc Duarte tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ysidro Prellezo. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-1 in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar Marina in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Solares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ricardo Solares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Marina in the 59th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, René Arri managed to get in a good position for a shot.
