Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Johnny Can made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Romo Baranda had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yánez Ranero. Cedropamba SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romo Baranda was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Cedropamba SC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Zeruko Boiro hit a great ball. Yánez Ranero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvis Peñuelas in the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Xabel Cantoral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cedropamba SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xabel Cantoral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Elorriaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in LA CANTERA FC's zone, Xabel Cantoral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Elorriaga came out of the goal and Xabel Cantoral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Johnny Can managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA CANTERA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Johnny Can was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yánez Ranero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elvis Peñuelas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yánez Ranero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Reynaldo Elorriaga was a little too slow when Roberto Pardeo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 1-1. Xabel Cantoral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Roberto Pardeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Pardeo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Elorriaga having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Roberto Pardeo made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Roberto Pardeo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo Elorriaga was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Cedropamba SC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Johnny Can 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. When Romo Baranda fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LA CANTERA FC's protests and gave Romo Baranda a yellow card for diving instead. Xacintu Casadevante was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 68th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, LA CANTERA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xabel Cantoral came free, but Reynaldo Elorriaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xabel Cantoral struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Reynaldo Elorriaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cedropamba SC. In the 73rd minute, Felix Souto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Pardeo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 85 minutes, Xabel Cantoral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cedropamba SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xabel Cantoral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute Xabel Cantoral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Elorriaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Monge Alseda fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LA CANTERA FC's protests and gave Monge Alseda a yellow card for diving instead. Alexandro Llarena hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. If Xabel Cantoral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
