Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Veto Cabrero started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Pillig SC's goalkeeper Rubio Lima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tenorio Molinuevo. In the 7thth minute of the game Blandón Barajas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Falcons Sporting Club's Zenon Teijeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zenon Teijeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casado Uranga in the 8th minute of play. If Blandón Barajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Pillig SC's Blandón Barajas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zenon Teijeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Veto Cabrero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rubio Lima. The goal made the score 1-0. Casado Uranga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenon Teijeiro having to interfere. Zenon Teijeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casado Uranga in the 30th minute of the match. Zenon Teijeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blandón Barajas, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blandón Barajas in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zenon Teijeiro saved Falcons Sporting Club from getting behind. After having played for 37 minutes, Casado Uranga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pillig SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casado Uranga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st match minute, Falcons Sporting Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Tristan to maneuver through the defense. Zenon Teijeiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blandón Barajas went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blandón Barajas to make the kick off. Tenorio Molinuevo struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Rubio Lima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falcons Sporting Club. Guagua Oropesa hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Casado Uranga might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zenon Teijeiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casado Uranga ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 68th minute, one of Falcons Sporting Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Falcons Sporting Club. Zenon Teijeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blandón Barajas in the 77th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Tenorio Molinuevo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rubio Lima. Pillig SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tenorio Molinuevo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After having played for 84 minutes, Blandón Barajas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pillig SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blandón Barajas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Tenorio Molinuevo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falcons Sporting Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Tenorio Molinuevo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubio Lima breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Blandón Barajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenon Teijeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Falcons Sporting Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guagua Oropesa was slow to take the kick. During this time Pillig SC's players had a chance to rest. 98 minutes into the game, Veto Cabrero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Rubio Lima was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Falcons Sporting Club support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
