Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zxavian Cornejo took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the game, Palama FC's Méndez Santiyan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Casanoves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gregorio Pabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xulian Resamano having to interfere. Victor Pariente's late challenge caught a CD Valdes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Pariente helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Palama FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Victor Pariente hit a great ball. After 10 played minutes Palama FC got a freekick which was hit by Méndez Santiyan. Carlos-Alberto Echaez took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Xulian Resamano. Palama FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Zxavian Cornejo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joaquin Casanoves. Zxavian Cornejo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After having played for 19 minutes, Zxavian Cornejo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palama FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zxavian Cornejo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Zxavian Cornejo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palama FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zxavian Cornejo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Casanoves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zxavian Cornejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute of the match Zarbonin Ruales sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquin Casanoves skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Zxavian Cornejo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palama FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zxavian Cornejo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Casanoves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gavica Aceves struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Joaquin Casanoves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palama FC. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gregorio Pabon to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Zigor Lambaria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palama FC and the CD Valdes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes Palama FC got a freekick which was hit by Zigor Lambaria. If Xavierlada Gregorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gregorio Pabon in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xulian Resamano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd match minute, CD Valdes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ibarra Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of CD Valdes booed when Palama FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Alfredo Rendain didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Geancarlos Reyo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palama FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Valdes the free kick. After 83 played minutes Palama FC got a freekick which was hit by Geancarlos Reyo. Gregorio Pabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Palama FC's Xulian Resamano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Palama FC from getting a goal against them. Xavierlada Gregorio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Xulian Resamano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Palama FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Zarbonin Ruales hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, CD Valdes's Carlos-Alberto Echaez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Xulian Resamano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Pabon in the 93rd minute of play. Gavica Aceves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Casanoves having to interfere. Zxavian Cornejo struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Joaquin Casanoves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palama FC. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Palama FC had played much better football throughout.
