Texeira Hormaiztegui started the match with the kick off. 11 minutes into the match, Rastafaras FC's goalkeeper Lopez Unanue had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramos Vizcaino. Texeira Hormaiztegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lopez Unanue having to interfere. If Ramos Vizcaino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Texeira Hormaiztegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lopez Unanue having to interfere. 1-0 became the score in the 26th minute when Texeira Hormaiztegui elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Valiente Verda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Texeira Hormaiztegui's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lopez Unanue read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After 46 played minutes Rastafaras FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramirez Congey. Ramos Vizcaino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valiente Verda to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Emperatriz's Ramos Vizcaino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lopez Unanue made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Rastafaras FC's Valiente Verda got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Emperatriz's Ramos Vizcaino in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rastafaras FC's goalie prevented a goal. 71 minutes into the match, Rastafaras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ramos Vizcaino came free, but Lopez Unanue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lopez Unanue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramos Vizcaino in the 76th minute of play. Ugutz Madaria struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Esterilla Encio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rastafaras FC. Texeira Hormaiztegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lopez Unanue having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Texeira Hormaiztegui in the 92nd minute of play forced Rastafaras FC's goalkeeper Lopez Unanue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lopez Unanue came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Emperatriz's Ramos Vizcaino. But to his dismay, Ramos Vizcaino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
