Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) UD Sanambay's Hernando Dimas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Chatruc Valles made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Xosepin Villaspasa sent off a good shot on target. Venceslao Maleta charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Venceslao Maleta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of UD Sanambay booed when Gamines FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venceslao Maleta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 20 minutes, Hernando Dimas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Sanambay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernando Dimas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dannes Fortes in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Ororbia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolando Ororbia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dannes Fortes in the 28th minute of play. Cruz Requena hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, UD Sanambay's German Toyos broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Rolando Ororbia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dannes Fortes in the 31st minute of the match. In the 35th minute of the match, Urdaspal Belaustegui tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Chatruc Valles saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 37 minutes of play, UD Sanambay's Hernando Dimas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Ororbia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arlín Rendueles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Chatruc Valles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arlín Rendueles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Urdaspal Belaustegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Urdaspal Belaustegui made a kick off. Gamines FC's Rolando Ororbia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Gamines FC from getting a goal against them. After 58 played minutes UD Sanambay got a freekick which was hit by Paredes Mariny. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cruz Requena during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th match minute, Gamines FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cruz Requena to maneuver through the defense. UD Sanambay's German Toyos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gamines FC. When Hernando Dimas came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the UD Sanambay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernando Dimas couldn't finish the play. Campos Chaniz kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Hernando Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Gamines FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching UD Sanambay's performance. The match ended with a win for UD Sanambay.
