Gutierrez Somellero struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Salomon Ribero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tangula FC. 5 minutes into the match, Cargue's goal looked a bit too open when Urdaspal Vivanco came free, but Salomon Ribero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 played minutes Cargue got a freekick which was hit by Ataulfo Jalon. In the 11th minute of the match Rogerio Goyo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salomon Ribero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Urdaspal Vivanco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Salomon Ribero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gutierrez Somellero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Salomon Ribero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 22 minutes, Yambay Beneitez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cargue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yambay Beneitez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gutierrez Somellero came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Tangula FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gutierrez Somellero couldn't finish the play. Ubaldo Elvira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yambay Beneitez in the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Tangula FC booed when Cargue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Carabajo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cargue's goalkeeper Salomon Ribero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Guillermo Jene kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Urdaspal Vivanco struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gutierrez Somellero couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Urdaspal Vivanco made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Cargue's Tonio Carrera got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ubaldo Elvira made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Yambay Beneitez sent off a good shot on target. If Minda Area had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Minda Area ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ubaldo Elvira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ubaldo Elvira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Minda Area in the 77th minute of play. With a little luck, Tangula FC's Ubaldo Elvira got control of the ball when Ataulfo Jalon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Salomon Ribero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urdaspal Vivanco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guillermo Jene kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Gutierrez Somellero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Guillermo Jene hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cargue walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
