In the 8th minute, Galera's Eduardo Oñez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eduardo Oñez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Galera protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eduardo Oñez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Venerando Navagos might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xaime Fasgar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Venerando Navagos ran back to his position shaking his head. Sergio Holguin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sergio Holguin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Lorenz having to interfere. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colimes FC's goalkeeper Xaime Fasgar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Natos during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eduardo Natos kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Colimes FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Venerando Navagos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Xaime Fasgar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zuhaitz Balaguer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venerando Navagos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Xaime Fasgar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Colimes FC's Xaime Fasgar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Colimes FC from getting a goal against them.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xefe Cascos to strike the kick off in the second half. Xefe Cascos struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Venerando Navagos in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xaime Fasgar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 58 minutes into the match, Colimes FC's Sergio Holguin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roberto Lorenz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Venerando Navagos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xaime Fasgar having to interfere. Venerando Navagos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Xaime Fasgar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 minutes of play, Galera's Kaviedes Represa made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xaime Fasgar was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Colimes FC booed when Galera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venerando Navagos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venerando Navagos struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Xaime Fasgar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galera. When Kaviedes Represa fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galera's protests and gave Kaviedes Represa a yellow card for diving instead. If Sergio Holguin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venerando Navagos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xaime Fasgar having to interfere. Venerando Navagos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaviedes Represa in the 89th minute of play forced Colimes FC's goalkeeper Xaime Fasgar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venerando Navagos struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Xaime Fasgar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galera.
