Colimes FC's Xaime Fasgar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Baraña in the 12th minute of play. Xaven Cortiguera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xefe Cascos in the 14th minute. Xefe Cascos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Colimes FC's Xaime Fasgar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cevallos Souto in the 20th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Natos during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sergio Holguin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Xaven Cortiguera 25 minutes into the match. In the 34th match minute, Pastocalle SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tonio Osa to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Torres Comacho from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Xaven Cortiguera's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to Pastocalle SC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Vitin Abastas hit a great ball. Xaven Cortiguera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Holguin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastocalle SC's Cevallos Souto got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cevallos Souto to strike the kick off in the second half. Paulo Baraña could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Xaime Fasgar made a huge save. Xefe Cascos scored 2-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xaven Cortiguera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 72 minutes, Sergio Holguin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colimes FC's Xaime Fasgar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Colimes FC from getting a goal against them. Colimes FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cevallos Souto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 89 minutes in the game, Paulo Baraña fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Xaime Fasgar having to interfere. If Paulo Baraña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 94 minutes on the clock, Torres Comacho commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Colimes FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pastocalle SC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Xaime Fasgar, was totally fooled by Pastocalle SC's Checa Fuertehijar, who 96 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
