After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Zoil Escobedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fumados S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zoil Escobedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romero Rojica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Zoil Escobedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. Fumados S.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Cristian Palencia fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fito Futbol Federation's protests and gave Cristian Palencia a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee ended the match the Fumados S.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
