Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pablo-Enrique Caseda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Humberto Berga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. If Flavio Luciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Correo's Flavio Luciano got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Correo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wellington Castrillon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Pablo-Enrique Caseda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Humberto Berga having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeremias Troncoso during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Jeremias Troncoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wellington Castrillon charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wellington Castrillon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 minutes of play, Tapia's Wellington Castrillon made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodrigo Mijangos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the game, Pablo-Enrique Caseda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Humberto Berga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zarando Rendain might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodrigo Mijangos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zarando Rendain ran back to his position shaking his head. Jose Lagos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Mijangos having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, Tapia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wellington Castrillon to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Mijangos made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Wellington Castrillon sent off a good shot on target. Zavior Noriega charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zavior Noriega the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Correo's Zavior Noriega got a free kick in the 39th minute. Jose Lagos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Correo's Rodrigo Mijangos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Lagos in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jose Lagos made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Tapia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zarando Rendain to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the match, Flavio Luciano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Berga. Tapia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flavio Luciano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. A collision led to Tapia getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Zarando Rendain hit a great ball. Correo's Rodrigo Mijangos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Castrillon in the 74th minute of play. Tapia's Wellington Castrillon got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Wellington Castrillon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tapia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After having played for 80 minutes, Pablo-Enrique Caseda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Correo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo-Enrique Caseda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Wellington Castrillon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pablo-Enrique Caseda hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Teofilio Seron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Correo getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Pablo-Enrique Caseda hit a great ball. Teofilio Seron's late challenge caught a Tapia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teofilio Seron helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, Correo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilio Seron to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Correo's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Castrillon came free, but Rodrigo Mijangos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
