Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Pinilopata FC's Victoriano Ariztegui started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Cumbicus Barboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Villacis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Marco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 8 minutes, Cumbicus Barboa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Aluburo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cumbicus Barboa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Segundo Marco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Freddy Villacis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cumbicus Barboa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cumbicus Barboa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Freddy Villacis having to make a save. Freddy Villacis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Segundo Marco went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 20 minutes into the match, Cumbicus Barboa notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Pinilopata FC's Freddy Villacis. Freddy Villacis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cumbicus Barboa in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Villacis saved Pinilopata FC from getting behind. Victoriano Ariztegui blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anibal Docanado having to make a save. De-la-Cruz Quintarnaya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Anibal Docanado made a huge save. UD Aluburo's Anibal Docanado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save UD Aluburo from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Jacinto Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddy Villacis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cumbicus Barboa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Segundo Marco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Villacis having to interfere. A collision led to Pinilopata FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Nicolas Barroiz hit a great ball. Freddy Villacis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Marco in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Victoriano Ariztegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes, Espiga Monteagudo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UD Aluburo and the Pinilopata FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alfonso Mendigoitia placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Cumbicus Barboa struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Freddy Villacis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Aluburo. With his leg Freddy Villacis managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when UD Aluburo's Segundo Marco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Victoriano Ariztegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zigor Caravajal during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zigor Caravajal kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th minute of the match Alfonso Mendigoitia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anibal Docanado skillfully saved the ball. After 79 played minutes Cumbicus Barboa rounded Pinilopata FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Victoriano Ariztegui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Anibal Docanado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute De-la-Cruz Quintarnaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Docanado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freddy Villacis came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by UD Aluburo's Segundo Marco. But to his dismay, Segundo Marco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.
