Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Machachi FC's Ivan Alire started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Calvario MD's De-la-Cruz Tome shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Eduardo Peñarroja but with some difficulty. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Mario Olarria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Machachi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Olarria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ursino Arraiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 14 played minutes Calvario MD got a freekick which was hit by Polo Salvador. Reyes Arrueta, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Olarria in the 22nd minute of play forced Calvario MD's goalkeeper Ursino Arraiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Antonio Paramo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eduardo Peñarroja. The goal made the score 1-0. Ursino Arraiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Olarria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Alire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ursino Arraiz having to interfere.

After 57 played minutes Calvario MD got a freekick which was hit by Polo Salvador. After recieving a nice pass, Machachi FC's Reyes Arrueta tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Alire in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ursino Arraiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ursino Arraiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Alire's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 78th minute, Alex Romano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mario Olarria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Ursino Arraiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Mario Olarria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ivan Alire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mario Olarria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Machachi FC booed when Calvario MD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paúl Roa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Machachi FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Calvario MD had won, even though Machachi FC had held more of the ball.
