In the 20th minute, Bohórquez Alaña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Guachapala FC's Carcelén Jara in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. José-Luis Cantiello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yambay Valero in the 53rd minute of the match. Brito Mina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but José-Luis Cantiello made a huge save. If Bohórquez Alaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Guachapala FC's Bohórquez Alaña got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 61st minute, Bohórquez Alaña fired away a free kick at goal. It was hit a tad too hard, and went over the crossbar. Escobar Vilela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bohórquez Alaña's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Urtun Caselles kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Guachapala FC's Maximo Arizabalo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Escobar Vilela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Maximo Arizabalo came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Guachapala FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Arizabalo couldn't finish the play. Bohórquez Alaña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Escobar Vilela having to interfere. Carcelén Jara struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Escobar Vilela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guachapala FC. Although Guachapala FC had been in control for most of the match, UD Pescadillo still came away with the win.
