The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but José-Luis Cantiello showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Guachapala FC's José-Luis Cantiello got control of the ball when Romo Urbina tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 5 played minutes Guachapala FC got a freekick which was hit by Henri Oher. If Marlon Monteagudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marlon Monteagudo in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Necip Fazıl Yelesen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Necip Fazıl Yelesen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marlon Monteagudo in the 16th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romo Urbina got free with José-Luis Cantiello in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Guachapala FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Guachapala FC's Marlon Monteagudo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 25th match minute, Galleta Patazo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cezuago to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, Guachapala FC's Marlon Monteagudo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 28th minute Marlon Monteagudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necip Fazıl Yelesen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guachapala FC's attentive Henri Oher managed to snatch the ball when Nestor Anieva made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. When Raitin Sarralde came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Guachapala FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raitin Sarralde couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Guachapala FC's José-Luis Cantiello got control of the ball when José-Luis Felix tried to sneak it across the goal line. José-Luis Cantiello made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Romo Urbina sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute, Raitin Sarralde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 41 minutes, José-Luis Felix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galleta Patazo F.C. and the Guachapala FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Galleta Patazo F.C. getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. José-Luis Felix hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the game, Romo Urbina recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of José-Luis Cantiello. Romo Urbina showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Raitin Sarralde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
In the 55th minute, Robin Fresno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José-Luis Cantiello was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 59th match minute, Guachapala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henri Oher to maneuver through the defense. José-Luis Cantiello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zayveon Noguerol in the 64th minute of the match. Raitin Sarralde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Necip Fazıl Yelesen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute Raitin Sarralde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necip Fazıl Yelesen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Macías Respaldizar charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Macías Respaldizar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Guachapala FC's Macías Respaldizar got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 82nd minute Zayveon Noguerol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José-Luis Cantiello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marlon Monteagudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute Raitin Sarralde collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. Sergio Peral charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergio Peral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 93rd minute, Sergio Peral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Galleta Patazo F.C. booed when Guachapala FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henri Oher didn't get a good kick on the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
