The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes, Zayvius Traslago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UD Boliche and the Eduardo SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, UD Boliche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zayvius Traslago to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Ayaso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Zornin Tuñon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 played minutes, UD Boliche's Valerio Bonifaz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oso Maza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in UD Boliche reached it. Eduardo SC's Umea Chinchilla got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joaquin Ayaso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zornin Tuñon having to interfere. Corozo Arras charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Corozo Arras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Eduardo SC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Corozo Arras hit a great ball. Rodrigo Trasgallo struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Oso Maza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Boliche. After 30 played minutes UD Boliche got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Trasgallo. Joaquin Ayaso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Umea Chinchilla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zornin Tuñon. UD Boliche's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Umea Chinchilla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Eduardo SC's Oso Maza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbes Cascales in the 42nd minute of play. Urbes Cascales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Oso Maza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Umea Chinchilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Ayaso to strike the kick off in the second half. Eduardo SC's Joaquin Ayaso got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kaviedes Echague charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaviedes Echague the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Eduardo SC's Kaviedes Echague got a free kick in the 65th minute. Urbes Cascales might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oso Maza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urbes Cascales ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute, Kaviedes Echague hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th match minute, Eduardo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corozo Arras to maneuver through the defense. Urbes Cascales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oso Maza having to interfere. Umea Chinchilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zornin Tuñon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Ayaso in the 83rd minute of play. After 86 played minutes UD Boliche got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Baron. 88 minutes into the match, UD Boliche's goal looked a bit too open when Vitin Parral came free, but Zornin Tuñon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urbes Cascales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Oso Maza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
