Almendral's Jama Moldes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xove Asturi in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Edison Cuaron sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and INDEPENDIENTE DEL VALLE's Francisco Guemez didn't even have to move. Cristian Torrent's late challenge caught a Almendral's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristian Torrent helped the player get up and apologised. Xove Asturi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jama Moldes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garcia Beltranilla in the 12th minute of play forced Almendral's goalkeeper Jama Moldes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Almendral's Ruperto Vivas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Francisco Guemez. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rios Siles in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Guemez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th match minute, INDEPENDIENTE DEL VALLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Gallardo to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Guemez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Bruñon in the 33rd minute of the match. Xove Asturi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jama Moldes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Marcelino Maixenchs fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Almendral's protests and gave Marcelino Maixenchs a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE DEL VALLE getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Omar Gallardo hit a great ball. After 41 minutes, Rios Siles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Almendral and the INDEPENDIENTE DEL VALLE players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jama Moldes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xove Asturi in the 44th minute of the match. A collision led to INDEPENDIENTE DEL VALLE getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Garcia Beltranilla hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xove Asturi was the one to do the kick off. Almendral's Jama Moldes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Almendral from getting a goal against them. Jama Moldes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when INDEPENDIENTE DEL VALLE's Xove Asturi shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 86th minute, Cristian Torrent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jama Moldes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xove Asturi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute of the match, Xove Asturi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jama Moldes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xove Asturi in the 94th minute of play forced Almendral's goalkeeper Jama Moldes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
