With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Sotes in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg De-Jesús Bustos saved Pacayacu FC from getting behind. A collision led to Pacayacu FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Nestor Rino hit a great ball. Xaven Garaizabal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without De-Jesús Bustos having to interfere. Cagua Redondas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cotera Barraza having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Sotes in the 40th minute of play forced Pacayacu FC's goalkeeper De-Jesús Bustos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. De-Jesús Bustos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patricio Sotes's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Cotera Barraza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cagua Redondas went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Pacayacu FC's Nestor Rino got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

CD Sasaco's Guerrón Regaño got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
