Manolo Astorgano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Salbago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Camilo Padrones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ledesma Hoyuela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos-Armando Miñaca's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 13th match minute, Trozana SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Monteagudo to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Gante took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ledesma Hoyuela. Trozana SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Torres Albalate kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. When Carlos-Armando Miñaca came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Kuchints fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos-Armando Miñaca couldn't finish the play. Trozana SC's Ledesma Hoyuela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaviedes Minguet in the 19th minute of play. Camilo Padrones recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kaviedes Minguet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ledesma Hoyuela having to interfere. A collision led to Kuchints getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Fausto Gante hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, Trozana SC's goal looked a bit too open when Kaviedes Minguet came free, but Ledesma Hoyuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Trozana SC booed when Kuchints was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos-Armando Miñaca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ledesma Hoyuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos-Armando Miñaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos-Armando Miñaca was the one to do the kick off. Kaviedes Minguet ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute Carlos-Armando Miñaca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ledesma Hoyuela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Hector Alzaga fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kuchints's protests and gave Hector Alzaga a yellow card for diving instead. Juan Salbago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos-Armando Miñaca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kuchints's Hector Alzaga got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute. The referee ordered Hector Alzaga off the ground.
