Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vimaro Torrado took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes in the game, Xorxe Arco fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Guagua Oyaga having to interfere. When CD Chilchilla's Vimaro Torrado in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye River Plate's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Xorxe Arco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guagua Oyaga. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Miguel Saucedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vimaro Torrado might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Garrido Franco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vimaro Torrado ran back to his position shaking his head. Garrido Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vimaro Torrado, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Xorxe Arco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CD Chilchilla's Guagua Oyaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Miguel Saucedo came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the CD Chilchilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Saucedo couldn't finish the play. Xorxe Arco's late challenge caught a CD Chilchilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xorxe Arco helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in River Plate's zone, Vimaro Torrado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garrido Franco came out of the goal and Vimaro Torrado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind River Plate's goalkeeper Garrido Franco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 33 minutes, Miguel Saucedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Chilchilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Saucedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, CD Chilchilla's goal looked a bit too open when Xorxe Arco came free, but Guagua Oyaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Saucedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garrido Franco having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Xorxe Arco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Guagua Oyaga. Xorxe Arco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 43rd minute, Udalaitz Saco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Vimaro Torrado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a little luck, River Plate's Garrido Franco got control of the ball when Vimaro Torrado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vimaro Torrado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garrido Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vimaro Torrado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 75 minutes, Navarro Palmero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Chilchilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Navarro Palmero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vimaro Torrado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, River Plate's Ysmael Gurendes got a free kick in the 79th minute. A collision led to CD Chilchilla getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Udalaitz Saco hit a great ball. In the 84th minute Miguel Saucedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garrido Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vimaro Torrado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moreno Dragana during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to River Plate getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Moreno Dragana hit a great ball. With a little luck, River Plate's Garrido Franco got control of the ball when Vimaro Torrado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Many of CD Chilchilla's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. CD Chilchilla may have spent more time on the ball, but River Plate were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
