After a rather tough play, Salinas City F.C.'s Candelario Camara got a free kick in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Salinas City F.C.'s zone, Klimowitz Alvarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xayveon Rico came out of the goal and Klimowitz Alvarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Gulas SC booed when Salinas City F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vachon Ceballos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salinas City F.C.'s Xayveon Rico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klimowitz Alvarez in the 23rd minute of play. Texeira Rosabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edison Arenchen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jaramillo Digon kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Klimowitz Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Xayveon Rico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Salinas City F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Klimowitz Alvarez came free, but Xayveon Rico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Texeira Rosabel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaramillo Digon in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute Edison Arenchen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Texeira Rosabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xayveon Rico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klimowitz Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vachon Ceballos fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salinas City F.C.'s protests and gave Vachon Ceballos a yellow card for diving instead. Vachon Ceballos kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The Salinas City F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gulas SC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Klimowitz Alvarez was the one to do the kick off. If Ovando Abellaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaramillo Digon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Texeira Rosabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelo Cabello kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Jaramillo Urrutia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xayveon Rico. Salinas City F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaramillo Urrutia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Jaramillo Digon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Gulas SC booed when Salinas City F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vachon Ceballos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Edison Arenchen made a precise shot to the right of Texeira Rosabel. Gulas SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Jaramillo Digon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
