Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ovidio Zuazna got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute, Ovidio Zuazna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The independiente magdalena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, independiente magdalena's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Cadimo came free, but Caicedo Ageitos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, Solano FC's Pedro Grande made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Caicedo Ageitos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Caicedo Ageitos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Prat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xanti Oreamuno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cordero Merino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 22 minute of play. If Cordero Merino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Ovidio Zuazna managed to get in a good position for a shot. independiente magdalena's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidio Zuazna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xanti Oreamuno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 34 minutes, Cordero Merino made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Solano FC's Xanti Oreamuno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Solano FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Wilson Hebia hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Solano FC's zone, Cordero Merino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xanti Oreamuno came out of the goal and Cordero Merino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauricio Prat to make the kick off. Caicedo Ageitos made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Pedro Grande sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Ovidio Zuazna sped through Solano FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xanti Oreamuno. Cordero Merino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute of the match Samuel Garraz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xanti Oreamuno skillfully saved the ball. In the 73rd minute, Cordero Merino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The independiente magdalena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Zuazna in the 89th minute of play forced Solano FC's goalkeeper Xanti Oreamuno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zayveon Herbias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cordero Merino in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xanti Oreamuno saved Solano FC from getting behind. Solano FC's Xanti Oreamuno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordero Merino in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. independiente magdalena fully deserved thier win.
