The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Weapon X's Marques Maruri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Bargas in the 3rd minute of play. Urdin Azpeitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Aizaran having to interfere. A collision led to Weapon X getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Urtun Raimundo hit a great ball. In the 11th minute, Humberto Bargas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marques Maruri. The goal made the score 1-0. Zayveon Torcidas short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Marques Maruri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zayveon Torcida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marques Maruri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Bargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Bargas in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marques Maruri saved Weapon X from getting behind. Luis Aizaran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urdin Azpeitia in the 38th minute of the match. 1-1 became the score in the 40th minute when Urdin Azpeitia elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After having played for 44 minutes, Zayveon Torcida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guayrapungo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zayveon Torcida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Humberto Bargas to strike the kick off in the second half. When Urdin Azpeitia came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Weapon X fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urdin Azpeitia couldn't finish the play. Victoro Allonca kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes Weapon X got a freekick which was hit by Ximun Vinegra. After 63 played minutes Weapon X got a freekick which was hit by Criban Paratorrecilla. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Criban Paratorrecilla during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Weapon X's Criban Paratorrecilla got a free kick in the 65th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Guayrapungo SC's Pepito Plasencia tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Zayveon Torcida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marques Maruri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Bargas in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of Guayrapungo SC booed when Weapon X was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Criban Paratorrecilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Weapon X getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Criban Paratorrecilla hit a great ball. Zayveon Torcida took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marques Maruri. Marques Maruri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After a rather tough play, Weapon X's Criban Paratorrecilla got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Marques Maruri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mane Somarriba, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Bargas in the 89th minute of play forced Weapon X's goalkeeper Marques Maruri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guayrapungo SC's Luis Aizaran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xzaiver Gante in the 91st minute of play. After 94 played minutes Weapon X got a freekick which was hit by Urdin Azpeitia. For all the effort they put into the match, the Weapon X players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Guayrapungo SC.
