Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tercero Elorza kicked off to start the match. After 3 minutes of play, UD Pedernales's Vidal Seda made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonardo Armida was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roger Navaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Villaro having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Roger Navaes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arturo Villaro. UD Pedernales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roger Navaes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A collision led to Ornopata getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alessandro Pedroza hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ornopata's zone, Xantalen Bribiesca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Armida came out of the goal and Xantalen Bribiesca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonardo Armida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xantalen Bribiesca in the 26th minute of play. Ornopata's Roger Navaes came free and shot a quick shot against goal 27 minutes in the game, fortunately Arturo Villaro had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Roger Navaes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arturo Villaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brito Rendon in the 32nd minute of play forced Ornopata's goalkeeper Leonardo Armida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Brito Rendon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Armida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, UD Pedernales's goalkeeper Arturo Villaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Navaes. Leonardo Armida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xantalen Bribiesca, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 46th match minute, Ornopata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xelo Cabrera to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ornopata's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Manuel Ocon was slow to take the kick. During this time UD Pedernales's players had a chance to rest. Brito Rendon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute Roger Navaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Villaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes of play, Ornopata's Tercero Elorza made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arturo Villaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, UD Pedernales's Leonardo Armida threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Xantalen Bribiesca, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Roger Navaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Villaro having to interfere. If Brito Rendon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Xantalen Bribiesca managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Pedernales's supporters rose to their feet, but Xantalen Bribiesca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Armida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brito Rendon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Leonardo Armida made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ornopata's Alessandro Pedroza got a free kick in the 85th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Brito Rendon managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Pedernales's supporters rose to their feet, but Brito Rendon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Armida breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enrico Godines kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Ornopata support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
