Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pablo Alfieri kicked off to start the match. After 9 minutes, Xaime Somavilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CS Emelec and the Bilano FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute, Xaime Somavilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, CS Emelec's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Pinazas came free, but William Camus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aguinaga Gallinar during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to CS Emelec getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Aguinaga Gallinar hit a great ball. In the 14th minute of the match Rutger Benet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but William Camus showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. William Camus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Pinazas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Camus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pablo Alfieri's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After 18th play minutes Pablo Alfieri shot 0-1, a short shot which went by William Camus and just under the crossbar into goal. William Camus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Pinazas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Camus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pablo Alfieri's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Aguinaga Gallinar took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Artur Zaremba to make any attempt to save it. Francisco Pinazas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Pablo Alfieri sped through CS Emelec's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of William Camus. William Camus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Pinazas, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xiao Borges made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play CS Emelec's Xaime Somavilla was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 52 played minutes CS Emelec got a freekick which was hit by Xaime Somavilla. Pablo Alfieri's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, William Camus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The attack was good, but when Xiao Borges in the 55th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The supporters of Bilano FC booed when CS Emelec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute, Miguel Rubiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, CS Emelec's William Camus got control of the ball when Rutger Benet tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Pablo Alfieri came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Bilano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Alfieri couldn't finish the play. Francisco Pinazas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Velasco Casiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bilano FC's Rutger Benet shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by William Camus but with some difficulty. 84 minutes into the match, Bilano FC's Pablo Alfieri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that William Camus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 94 played minutes CS Emelec got a freekick which was hit by Aguinaga Gallinar. Bilano FC played a much better game than CS Emelec and deserved their victory. The CS Emelec players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
